We had this drink over the holidays. Of course I was the only "raw-ish" person, but everyone else gave it a thumbs up too. I think it could safely accompany any barbeque or festa (aka party ~ fiesta) and be appreciated!

Mint Limeaid (Limonada de Menta)

32 ounces peppermint tea (cold)
10 limes, juiced
2 cups ice
1/4 cup fresh mint (optional)
1/2 cup honey or other sweetener

Blend until ice is fully blended.

Note: Perhaps some of you in Florida or other warmer climates will enjoy this now as it is. For those of you who want some refreshment but are in colder climates (ha! or getting lots and lots of snow!), you can easily drink this warm or at room temperature. Just replace the ice with tea or water as you please.

Carlos didn't really "plant it"… he actually just threw the seeds from a papaya out the window. And the next thing you know, we have papayas growing!! Talk about fertile land!
